Crispy service takes the intimate feeling of luxury to the next gen. Last summer, we hosted Hackney-based youth football club, Los Campos. Their players and coaches enjoyed a fine dining experience, creating a unique connection to the natural world, showcasing football and food as a clear gateawy to nature.

The chefs? East London food legends, Matthew Scott @matthewiscooked (head chef and co-owner of Papi, London Fields) and Eddy Tejada @_entc_ (former head chef at Silo, hackney). The boys curated a menu inspired by iconic animé scenes and sourced ingredients from the hackney Marshes where the players and coaches spend every weekend, forging massive connection.
